How is a project price determined?
Every project is different. After the free diagnosis call, we prepare a proposal with scope, timelines and a fixed price. We charge per deliverable, not per hour, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs.
Is the diagnosis call free?
Yes. The first 15-30 minute call is completely free and with no obligation. It's to understand your situation and see if we can help.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes, and it's very common. A client may need a virtual assistant and a dashboard to measure its impact. We work on combined projects with a discount.
What if the result doesn't satisfy me?
All projects include a post-delivery adjustment period (14-30 days depending on the service). We don't consider a project finished until you're satisfied with the result.
Do you offer maintenance after delivery?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans for updates, adjustments, new features and performance monitoring. It's optional, not mandatory.
